Individual Orders
Each Declarative piece is handmade to order just for you, so we want to make sure you are completely in love with your purchase. Returns are accepted for full refund or store credit for up to 14 days after delivery is received, unworn & unharmed. Declarative reserves the right to decline a refund if items are damaged or held for longer than 14 days after delivery. Return shipping is free. Just email us to request a return, and we will send your a label for your return package. Please track your return package as Declarative is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Custom Orders
When custom orders are open: Declarative works with you to create that special knit you’re looking for. A 50% deposit must be received before starting custom orders and is non-refundable. Partial refunds or store credit can be discussed up to 14 days after arrival of delivery. Declarative reserves the right to decline a refund if items are damaged, in less than ideal condition, or held for longer than 14 days after delivery. Return shipping is free. Just email us to request a return, and we will send your a label for your return package. Please track your return package as Declarative is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Payments must clear within 7 business days. If the payment does not clear, your order will be cancelled. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of your purchase and you will receive a full refund. Any other cancellations will not be refunded.
Preferred Shipping Provider: USPS. Shipping occurs Monday – Friday. Payment must be cleared prior to shipping. No exceptions.
